Almond Snicker Slice
One of those recipes that I even surprised myself with! Sooooo delicious and easy for when you’re craving a sweet treat!
INGREDIENTS
BASE
1/2 cup almonds
1 cup packed pitted medjool dates
1 cup almond meal
1/4 cup cacao powder
MIDDLE
1/2 cup almond butter
1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
1/4 cup rice malt syrup
TOP
200g melted dark choc (at least 45%)
1 tbsp coconut oil
METHOD
Blitz base and press into lined square tin.
Pop in the freezer while making middle layer
Mix all middle layer ingredients together until we’ll combined (can blitz if you want)
Spread over base and pop back into the freezer. Allow to set for 2 hours.
Melt chcoliate and coconut oil together, pour over slice and allow to set in the freezer.
Dice into 16 squares.
