Almond Snicker Slice

One of those recipes that I even surprised myself with! Sooooo delicious and easy for when you’re craving a sweet treat!

INGREDIENTS

BASE

  • 1/2 cup almonds 

  • 1 cup packed pitted medjool dates 

  • 1 cup almond meal

  • 1/4 cup cacao powder 

MIDDLE

  • 1/2 cup almond butter 

  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted 

  • 1/4 cup rice malt syrup 

TOP

  • 200g melted dark choc (at least 45%) 

  • 1 tbsp coconut oil 

METHOD

  • Blitz base and press into lined square tin. 

  • Pop in the freezer while making middle layer 

  • Mix all middle layer ingredients together until we’ll combined (can blitz if you want) 

  • Spread over base and pop back into the freezer. Allow to set for 2 hours.

  • Melt chcoliate and coconut oil together, pour over slice and allow to set in the freezer. 

  • Dice into 16 squares.
