Every week includes 4 days of perfectly portioned meal prep recipes for 1x person (theoretically Mon - Thu)
You can double the ingredients to meal prep for 2.
For the other 3 days (Fri - Sunday), there is a catalogue of ‘single serve’ recipes to keep your weekends fun and interesting.
OR
As you build up a catalogue of weekly meal prep recipes you can prep again for the remaining 3x days of the week.
You have the freedom to choose your own snacks from the list provided or continue with the ones you know and love.
a few things to note
🚀 Since I am doing my best to ensure that anyone can benefit from this meal prep subscription, there may be some things that you have to tweak for your own personal preference. Each individual ingredient has calories tracked to make this as easy as possible for you.
🚀 Swaps can be made for any items that you prefer based on GF, Dairy free etc. This subscription is not vegetarian/ vegan friendly.
🚀 You will need to invest in a protein powder. If a recipe requires protein powder for a convenient protein boost, it will only be in 1x recipe for the week - mostly breakfast. I have recommended my favourites inside the program.
