onboarding

Once you submit your application form I’ll be in touch via email with your exclusive sign up link. From there, I get you set up with full access inside my app (lovingly nick named EAT’N!) where I personalise your program and get you connected in with our beautiful community.


Weeks 1-6

Here we focus on basing your actions in fact > fad, redefining discipline, building your winning identity and of course bringing the joy back to the process of looking after yourself.


Weeks 7-12

This is where things really level up as we we focus on optimising your digestion, building confidence in the balance you create for yourself and really give you the tools and structure to embed the changes you’ve made into a more effortless lifestyle.

Our journey doesn’t have to end here. For clients who fall in love with the community and want ongoing access to monthly recipes, our fun giveaways and mini challenges + me in your back pocket we have a week-to-week membership option for you to continue on with.
