The Key to Consistency

What is it that differentiates the people who manage to stay consistent no matter what life throws at them

And those who are derailed by the slightest inconvenience?

Where do you land on the consistency scale?

Maybe you land more in the middle of consistent sometimes - like when the energy is high, a new year, month, week rolls around.. or consistent Monday - Thursday then go YOLO on the weekends…

Well, after years of battling and overcoming issues with consistency myself and working with clients who struggle with the very same thing - the answer is actually very very simple.

The key to consistency, is to remove the question mark around it.

Your goals do not owe you ease.

And challenging yourself means your bettering yourself.

Consistency isn’t a choice, it’s a decision.

I don’t ask myself:

If I feel like it?

If I have time?

If I want to spend the money?

If I can be bothered?

Below are some tips to help you change the narrative to become solution focused:

Prioritise your spending to ensure you have the budget for the support you want and need e.g. gym membership, supplements, sports registration, nutrition program etc. 😉

Schedule your workouts in and create routines that MAKE the time for working out, going to bed early, meal prep etc.

Don’t allow your mood to dictate your decision making. Prioritise rest so you know you’re good to go and execute the plan to achieve your goals regardless of feeling.

The key to consistency, is to change the punctuation.

So for 2025 and beyond are you going to be consistent?
