Hi, I’m Emma! Wife, mum and certified online nutrition, weightloss and health coach living on the Coffs Coast of NSW, Australia.

After having spent the majority of my career in the corporate sector, I’ve recently pivoted back into the health industry where my passion truly lies in helping millennial women claim back their bodies and confidence. I have a wealth of knowledge, extensive experience (including having lost 75kg in 10 years myself) and a unique approach that not found anywhere else.

If I’m not running around with school drop off/ sports you’ll most likely find me at the beach, sipping an iced latte with a smutty romance book in hand.

    Inside EAT to Lose Weight you will find information to support you with intuitive eating and managing hunger/ cravings as well as other mindset tips and strategies.

    All recipes inside the program have calorie and macro calculations done for you.

    If you have never tracked calories in the food you eat before, it is a good idea even for a short time.

    I recommend only tracking calories and protein, as these are the most important for fatloss/ muscle gain and quick and easy to do.

    Like with your bank account, you need to know whats coming in, and what's going out to know whether you're in a surplus or deficit. It's the same with your nutrition.

    Tracking for a short time will help you to learn the nutritional and caloric density of foods, which will make intuitive eating in future so much easier.

  • A personalised training program is NOT included in the price of this program.

    I will provide you with general activity recommendations.

    Inside you will find a special promo where you can get started with my personal trainer online for just $10p/w if desired.

  • All food items can be purchased from the general supermarket (no specialty shops), and all recipes are family friendly so should more or less match what you currently spend.
